- Can I become a reseller?
A: Absolutely, contact us and speak to us about becoming a Lesson Planner reseller. The reseller package is open to schools, universities, registered companies and individuals.
- Can I get a discount on bulk purchases?
A: To qualify for bulk purchase discount you will need to either buy 5 or more copies from our webstore or contact us about your requirements.
- What features are disabled in the demo version?
A: The demo version of Lesson Planner only allows 4 lessons to be created and a demo watermark prints on the main pages. The fully registered version has all features unlocked.
- Can Lesson Planner be networked?
A: Yes. Contact us to discuss how Lesson Planner can be networked throughout your school or university. The networked version of Lesson Planner can accommodate upto 250 simultaneous users at once. Lesson Planner can also be web enabled for users creating and editing lesson plans using a web browser
- Does Lesson Planner support other languages?
A: Lesson Planner dictionary and spell checker currently support the following languages: UK English, US English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Portuguese and Italian.
- Can Lesson Planner be modified for my school?
A: Yes. We can produce a truly bespoke version of Lesson Planner to suit your requirements at very reasonable cost. Contact us for more details. We also offer the site licenced networked version of Lesson Planner Advanced as open source so that you can modify it to fit your needs.
- What systems does Lesson Planner run on?
A: Lesson Planner will run on Apple Mac (OSX 10.3.9 or later) and Microsoft Windows (2000 & XP SP2) operating systems.
- What resource types can be stored in Lesson Planner?
A: Many file types are supported for storing in the resource area of Lesson Planner. The most common types supported include:
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access
• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Acrobat
• AppleWorks, Keynote (version 1.x only at present), iMovie & iDVD
• Most picture formats (.jpg, .gif, .pdf, etc.)
• Music files either recorded direct into Lesson Planner or as .mp3
• Movie files that support Quicktime
• Web URL's and email addresses
Note that at the moment Apple's Pages and Keynote v2 programs are not supported as resource items in Lesson Planner. This is due to the change of saving structure from a single file to a package based structure containing multiple files. Lesson Planner does not support the storage of packages (.pkg) files.
- Can I use Lesson Planner to create plans for more than one subject?
A: Of course. Simply change the subject title when adding a new lesson plan.
- My registration code doesn't work or has expired and I want to re-install Lesson Planner.
